Modern requirements for the quality of constructural building materials determine need development highly efficient durable composites based on cement binder. Obtaining such implies use additives and modifiers increasing strength characteristics concrete reduce production defects by stabilizing structure properties products. In this research, produced private company limited shares "NP CMID" (Saint Petersburg, Russia) are used as modifying components mixture. They mineral powder - a multicomponent complex powdered additive GPM modification 9/12, hyperplasticizer GPMZH–Ultra, 17/1.
